Bitter Lemonade
Ingredients:
7-8 heaped tsp fruit tea Bitter Lemonade
1 organic lemon
1 organic grapefruit
2-3 sprigs rosemary
crushed ice or ice cubes
Preparation:
Brew the fruit tea mixture and rosemary with 1 liter of boiling water and steep for at least 15 minutes. Fill a large pot with ice and pour the tea over it. Let it cool until the tea is completely cold. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and half a grapefruit and add to the cold tea. Garnish with the remaining sliced fruit and a rosemary sprig and serve.
Cocktail-Tip for any garden party:
Prepare the iced tea as described and add 200ml of vodka.
