Cold Brew Tea
Ingredients:
6-7 tsp (15-20g) leaf tea (use about 1.5 the amount you would usually take)
1 litre cold water
Optional flavorings (fruits, herbs, sweeteners)
Instructions:
Place loose leaf tea or tea bags in a pitcher. Add cold water to the pitcher. Stir gently to ensure tea is fully saturated.
Optional: Add flavorings like fruits, herbs, or sweeteners.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for 8-12 hours (or overnight).
Strain the tea to remove leaves/bags and flavorings.
Serve over ice or chilled.
Optional: Garnish with herbs, citrus slices, or honey.

Cold brew tea concentrate:
A cold brew tea concentrate is ideal for lemonades, cocktails and other beverage compositions. Simply double the ratio of tea to water. (3 times the amount of tea instead of 1.5 times the amount). Then mix the ready-brewed Cold Brew concentrate 1:1 with the drink of your choice (e.g. juices, lemonade, milk or other drinks of your choice).
