TEA AND TONIC
Herrnhut Garden House Tea
Ingredients:
10 heaped tsp. herbal tea blend Herrnhut Garden House Tea
500 ml tonic water
1 grapefruit
thyme
crushed ice or ice cubes
Preparation:
Pour 1 liter of boiling water over the herbal tea blend and let it steep for at least 15 minutes. Then let it cool until the tea is completely cold. Slice and quarter the grapefruit and add it to the tea together with the tonic water. Serve the drink on ice and garnish with thyme.
This tart drink provides tangy refreshment!
Upgrade – Gin & Tonic: FRESHNESS FOR THE EVENING HOURS
Prepare the drink as described above and add approx. 2 cl gin per glass.
