Iced Coffee
Ingredients:
300 ml coffee
2 packages (16 g) vanilla sugar
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
50 ml cream
chocolate sprinkles or sauce
our recommendation: Kivu or Bugisu
Preparation:
The perfect iced coffee can be made with a few simple steps: Mix 300 ml of freshly brewed coffee, for example our Bugisu from Uganda, with the vanilla sugar and let it cool down well. Best of all, place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Put 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a tall glass and pour the cold coffee over it. Cover the glass with freshly whipped cream and top with chocolate sprinkles or chocolate sauce as desired.
Sip the ice-cold coffee and enjoy!
