ICED TEA
Mango n´ Friends
Ingredients:
8 heaped teaspoons fruit tea blend Mango n’ Friends
1 orange
1 mango
approx. 2 g fresh ginger
fresh mint
crushed ice or ice cubes

Grate the ginger and, together with the fruit tea mixture, pour in 1 litre of boiling water and infuse for at least 20 minutes. Fill a large pot with ice cubes and pour the tea over it. Leave to cool until the tea is completely cold. Squeeze the juice of an orange and add it to the tea. Dice the mango, add it to the tea and sprinkle with the mint leaves.
An ice-cold, fresh, fruity enjoyment!
Sparkling cocktail tip for mild summer evenings:
Prepare the iced tea as described above (without ginger) topping it up with your favourite Prosecco or sparkling wine.
