Mulled wine belongs to the Christmas season like the air you breathe.
With our mulled wine spice, you can conjure up the Christmas market atmosphere in the blink of an eye, even in your home – where you can add sugar and garnish with fruit according to your own personal preferences.

Preparation:
A heaped tablespoon of our spice is simply boiled with about 250ml of water for 5 minutes, then a liter of red wine is added. To prevent the alcohol from boiling away, the temperature is lowered slightly and voilà: The seasonal treat is ready.

Cinnamon pieces, lemon peel, orange peel, star anise, cloves whole, green cardamom (whole in peel)
